This is an ongoing women's therapy group that focuses on the relationships that occur both inside the group and in the members lives. The emphasis is on the here and now and working through the thoughts and feelings that we have toward each other recognizing that we bring our difficulties in relating with us wherever we are. This group provides an opportunity to have a corrective emotional experience. This is an ongoing group that requires a 6 month commitment.

This is a wonderful, relational group that offers a warm, supportive, safe yet challenging place to explore and work through issues and dynamics that impact your life as a woman, therapist, partner, parent, child, friend and the many other roles you find yourself in. Therapist groups are unique in that they offer you the opportunity to engage in your own therapy with a group of highly intelligent and trained women and you also have an opportunity to learn how group therapy works by participation in this process. Therapists at all levels of experience are welcome. This is an ongoing group that requires a 6 month commitment.
Survivors of Sexual Abuse - Transforming and Transcending Trauma

Every Wednesday at 6:30pm - 8pm
This is a therapy group for survivors of childhood sexual abuse. The group members work deeply with each other to gently work through the interpersonal obstacles to transforming their lives and transcending the trauma . This is an ongoing group that requires a 3 month commitment.
