General Adult Therapy Group -

Come join this deeply supportive and delightful ongoing interpersonal process group for adults 30 yrs + who are looking to become more successful in life and relationships. Group members are diverse, married, single, and/or divorced. Our process is in the here and now offering members an opportunity to reveal his/her true thoughts and feelings as they emerge in the process.
Interpersonal group focusing on Social Anxiety -
Friday 11:30am - 1:00pm
One of the most healing aspects of group therapy is the experience of being your authentic self and finding acceptance. Our process is in the here and now, offering members an opportunity to reveal their thoughts and feelings as they emerge and to incorporate techniques to calm the anxiety as it happens in the moment.
This group is appropriate for individuals who have been in or are currently in individual therapy. Initial intake interviews happening now. This group meets during the lunch hour on Fridays from 11:30 to 1pm.

Women's Therapy Group
Every Tuesday at 6:45pm - 8:15pm
This is an ongoing women's therapy group that focuses on the relationships that occur both inside the group and in the members lives. The emphasis is on the here and now and working through the thoughts and feelings that we have toward each other recognizing that we bring our difficulties in relating with us wherever we are. This group provides an opportunity to have a corrective emotional experience.
Every Wednesday at 6:30pm - 8pm
This is a therapy group for survivors of childhood sexual abuse. The group members work deeply with each other to gently work through the interpersonal obstacles to transforming their lives and transcending the trauma. This is an ongoing group.
