Survivors of Sexual Abuse and Assault - Transforming and Transcending Trauma - online groups

Every Monday from 6:00pm to 7:30pm 

Every Wednesday from 6:00pm to 7:30pm

This is a therapy group for survivors of sexual abuse and assault. The group members work deeply with each other to gently work through the interpersonal obstacles to transforming their lives and transcending the trauma. Group members learn about how to identify triggers, manage flashbacks, learn grounding techniques, and gain knowledge and support from hearing from and talking with other trauma survivors. These are ongoing groups for adult women .
